Katherine connected estate strategy, customer insight and retail operations with development viability. She assembled and led planning, design and engagement specialists, shaping a different route for each site while maintaining one Living proposition.

Bromley
Homes above a working Waitrose. JLP’s first Build to Rent consent for a landmark 24-storey scheme.
West Ealing
The most contested scheme. Planning appeal won.
What it took
Leadership and team assembly. Commercial viability and planning. Homes and amenities designed around retail access, servicing and day-to-day operations. One estate strategy, adapted to three distinct places.
